I was worried about my little one but lexi made me Relaxed as I fell my little one between the right hands. she was lovely and friendly for both of us .

I was really happy with the service DM-Osteopathy provided. I had a bad knee as a result of some excessive walking but Dominic identified then clearly explained the issue and what I could do to alleviate it. He also provided me with some daily exercises, which if I continue to do, will hopefully stop this issue occurring again.

I came to Dominic in the beginning of 2021 to help sort out ongoing pain I was having around my shoulder blade/neck area that was causing me discomfort and unable to do certain exercises in the gym probably due to an injury I sustained after a trampoline accident years ago that never recovered probably.
After a couple of sessions with Dom discovered I had a raised first rib, over active and under active muscles.
Dom helped me fix my conditions with a hands on approach along with exercises to do in my spare time after each session.
Now mid 2022 I am able to go about my day with little to no pain or discomfort and able to do exercises properly in the gym.
