Sarah is a qualified health coach, able to offer advice and support on achieving your health goals, whatever they may be. Sarah offers specialised nutritional advice, as well as advice on sleep, stress management, mental wellbeing and many other aspects of lifestyle vital to health.
The focus of sessions with Sarah will be to develop an understanding of what health looks like for you, discussing ways of achieving your health goals in open, curious and practical ways. Sarah specialises in the psychology of eating and so is able to take a detailed and holistic look at behaviours around health.
Sarah is also our resident Yogi, offering classes to all our members to encourage healthy movement and wellbeing.
